My basic will package in Massachusetts includes a will, a health care proxy, an advance directive (living will), HIPAA release, and a durable power of attorney.  Additional services are available upon request and may include a trust, an emergency guardianship for minor children, or a homestead declaration.

Guardianships: For minors, disabled people, or for the elderly, guardianships are a way for the guardian to make legal decisions for the person who is unable to make decisions for themselves.  Nominating your choice of guardian in advance in your estate planning documents gives you the opportunity to determine what happens to you if you are ever unable to decide things for yourself.  
 
Family Law: Divorce, child support and custody, and modifications of existing support or custody orders.
 
Real Estate: Homestead Declarations, reviewing residential lease agreements, and reviewing or completing residential real estate transactions, including reverse mortgages.

Bankruptcy and Debt Settlement: New Practice Area!  Available in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Welcoming bankruptcy cases today.

Guardian Ad Litem: New Practice Area!  I am currently accepting new cases in New Hampshire for families who need a guardian ad litem for their children in cases in Superior and Family Court.  I have extensive experience working with children, especially abused and neglected children.
